At Healthy Addiction CrossFit, It is our passion to share our fitness journey with others. It has been our dream to open a place where we could gather with like minded people, for the purpose of improving our body, mind, and spirit. Our programs are designed to be all inclusive, for all levels of fitness knowledge. Our goal is to create a positive atmosphere, where anyone can work towards being their best self. We have Specialized Fitness Programs, Goal Orientated Workouts , and CrossFit Coaches/Trainers to help you with your own Fitness Journey.

"If there is one thing that 2020-2021 has taught us is that we had better be taking control of our health. And your hope better not be in something put into you. Nutrition is very important. Proper supplementation is important especially Vitamin D3 during these winter months. But an equally important aspect is exercise. Morehead area peeps, you now have access to one of the best workouts you will ever do at Healthy Addictions CrossFit in Wetherby Gym. All levels of fitness can do these workouts from couch potato to elite athlete. A big hinderance to some is the cost, but tell me where can you get a personal coach teaching you proper form and mechanics to ensure you don't get injured and push you to new levels of fitness for $3.33 a day? You won't find that anywhere. Instead of spending that on a snack at the gas station, invest in your health. Healthy Addictions offers 6 classes a day and free classes every Saturday at 9am, so come out and try it!"
